Stroll around the heart of The Alice: history, culture, nature

A FOOT FALCON guided walking tour offers insights and helps you to explore the local history and culture. It’s not just dates and places but also the stories that bring history to life; poetry delivered  in the beauty of the Todd River bed;  culture, shops, pubs, the amazing artwork of Central Australia both Indigenous and non-Indigenous,  local characters that we might just bump into  and have a chat with and plenty of time for questions and discussion.

Tours are presented by Linda Wells, long term resident of Alice Springs, teacher, author and history buff.

  1. I am flying into Alice Springs on 4 August, 2015. Arriving on a Qantas flight at 12.50 pm. I would live to do one of these walks. It’s a Tuesday. Where do I go to start the walk please. Thank you. 🙂

    • Hi Jennifer, the walks start at Adelaide House. That’s a big beautiful stone building in the Todd Mall in the centre of town. We meet beside the water tank there at 3.30. I have also texted you this info. I look forward to seeing you then. Linda
